Not only that, but also two viruses where detected and removed, but one of these is accessable through a link in a spam email, which i know for a fact i don't click on spam emails. Also another two programs downloaded themselves which weren't quite as large but still i had no idea about it until one started to run and the other tried to install. That 335mb program is called Outerinfo and I have no idea where it came from. I ran spyware scans this morning nothing but tracking cookies, also a schedualed virus scan, no viruses detected. Any help would be greatly appreciated, I have no idea where these came from, or even what they do. I am in the processing of getting rid of them all though. Thanks.

I'm a little worried about uninstalling outerinfo though because it asks for a 4 digit code to be input, which it supplies, before the uninstallation will take place.

Its a spyware so it install itself at the background. You can go ahead and input the code. It happened to me before.

Perform some scans also to make sure its completely off

You have been hit with a drive by download. Go ahead and put the four digit code and delete the file. Run your antivirus scanner and spyware scanner again after the deletion. Open start, open, run and type in: c://program files, double click on browse and open program files, and look to make sure the file is no longer there. Do the same thing, this time type in: regedit and double click on "ok", open Hkey user, open software and look for the name of the file. If you don't see it your registry you are fine. If you do see the file name, then delete it from your registry.
