I watched someone buy 40 dollars worth of King crab legs with them not long ago, so if you see a fridge full of stuff that they couldn't possibly afford, that is one, although an unreliable, indication. And if you are that concerned about it, you might as well dig through their trash, too, to see what they are wasting.
Why would you want to know that kind of confidential information, anyway?

nope thats private information...and if you follow them into the store you still wont know food stamps are on cards (like debt cards) now if your worried someone is recieveing benefits they dont deserve contact your local department of human services
