If you're talking about Rico from Hannah Montana he was recently on the new episode. Rico took a picture of Miley and threatened her that he would send it to everyone in school unless she did what he said. Rico was also on the episode when Miley asked Rico for help in Biology but Rico didn't help because Miley didn't have a photographic memory. Rico isn't on all the episodes of Hannah Montana. If this isn't the Rico you're talking about then next time you should be a little more specific because people don't know whether Rico is from a TV show and if he is what TV show and people wouldn't know if he was a real person. The more descriptive you are the more answers you'll get and they might actually be the ones you're looking for.
