Definitely, but elephants do not really chew well. It will be less digested than cow or even horse. Zoo Doo is very popular. We have a waiting list to receive it. There may be competition to get it as it also drives away deer so lots of people like it.

compost over the winter (with enough dung, it may heat your house) then rototill into the soil in the spring.

YES you can but, it should be well composted before use in your garden
