how do u get free government money?

i spoke to someone the other day and i asked them where they work. they said working is for idiots. i get government money. i said how do u do that and he said cuz he is smart. does anyone have any idea how he is doing this? this guy really has no job and hasnt for 3 years that i know of, hes 28 years old!

he is probably crazy and gets ssi
