Yeah, why not?
A bloke I know robbed his local bank and as he ran out of the place he bumped into someone else he knew.
That person also ran as he knew the robber.
The thief got 8 years, the friend got 6.
For running.

Of course I would. It's been proven many a time that jail doesn't work as a punishment or deterent. So I'd have to bail you out to a) make room for the Government to show their policies are working, b) to give you the chance to redeem yourself, c) because heh, authority is a joke.

No. It would require me to put up cash or a bond, and you have to be someone really close to me before I'd even think about it.
Honestly, I'd be more inclined to let you sit in jail and hope you learn a lesson.
