This is due to some of the member are downloading using good grabber software. How do I grab the internet connection so I can surf at good speed?

Sorry, its first come first serve usually and intensive downloads will always take oner the bandwidth over surfers. Complain to the community LAN administrator and if that does not work get a ISP provider yourself, even satalite internet will be faster for you.

You're expecting too much. If they're downloading, they're using to connection. Software mumbo-jumbo can only give you a slight advantage.

You choices are to beat-up the other people for hogging the internet or order your own service for yourself.
