Problem running Spiderman 3 Game [PC]?

Question

I mean, it installed and everything....it's on my desktop. But when i try to run it it, the screen turns black, like its gonna run, but then it just goes back to my desktop, does it every time i try to play. Someone plz help i spent 30 $ on my game and now i cant play.

I downloaded it already....

GOD! Nothing works..someone plz answer how i can make it work...i already have DirectX 9.0.

FFS figures...it supports some of the highest graphic required games...and yet it wont support THIS. You know, sometimes i wanna get a bat and swing it at my computer.

Check to see if your machine meets minimum specs for the game.

I have the same problem, my machine is amd64 3.2 ghz, 1 gm ram and video card Ati X700 Pro 512, i read the requirements to play and i think the problem is with Shader Model 3.0 support, maybe we need other video card to play this game, the requierments: CPU: Pentium 4/Athlon XP or better CPU Speed: 2.8 GHz System: RAM 1 GB for Windows 2000/XP or 1.5 GB for Windows Vista Operating System: English version of Microsoft(R) Windows(R) 2000/XP/Vista Video Card: 100% DirectX(R) 9.0c-compliant AGP/PCIe 256 MB onboard memory hardware T&L-capable video card with Shader Model 3.0 support and the latest drivers (NVIDIA GeForce 7300 GT+ / ATI Radeon X1300+) Free Disk Space 6 GB of uncompressed hard disk space (plus 600 MB for the Windows swap file) i think this requirement are so high, a lot ot people cant play this game by this. if somebody can resolve the problem please tell us.
