1. Poland's Wielicaka salt mine, (which has been in use since the thirteenth century,) contains many beautiful sculptures carved from the salt by generations of miners.

COMPLEX/ Which is a relative pronoun indicating a dependent clause.

2. Large amounts of fresh water pouring into the ocean from flooded rivers can hurt some kinds of sea life, especially shellfish.

SIMPLE/ only one subject and verb not independent clauses

3. Many well-known actors, such as Peter Coyote and Amy Madigan, narrate documentaries for PBS but do not appear on camera.

Complex
This sentence can not be a compound complex sentence because "but" although a coordinating conjuction starts what appears to be an independent clause however, both verbs "narrate" and "do appear" share the same subjects.

4. Nurseries that wholesale Christmas trees have discovered a way to increase their off-season income.

I'm not finishing because you shrieked (written form) about 10 points. I do not answer for points. It's insulting to say that.

Sorry
