When do you suppose these guppies will drop? Specifically the one with the orange tale. When should I isolate them?

It's hard to say when they will finally give birth. I had some and they mated. I never worried about isolating them and I had other fish in the tank as well. No matter what you try to do, some will get eaten. If you have three pregnant females, you will still have plenty. Just make sure you have plants and other things for the babies to hide in and most will be fine. Pet stores will have things you can feed the babies. I had this stuff that was like a thin sheet. I clipped it to a suction cup and placed at the bottom of the tank, between the glass and plants that way the babies wouldn't have to go out into the open to eat. Good luck!

The pictures aren't very clear, but I would say a week or two is a safe bet. Guppies gestate for a month. I would move them now to a bare bottomed tank with a sponge filter in it and at least half of the water in the fry tank should be from the original tank. When the guppies drop, you should have fry food ready - you can find some at your local fish store. Stock the fry tank with lots of hiding spots, breeding mops if you prefer that, or a fine mesh net anchored to a part of the tank, to keep the female in a part of the tank that the fry can't get to. Many guppies turn cannible on their fry.

Here's a very nice site on breeding and keeping fry alive:

She seems pregnant. i would not be bowled over if she grow to be, guppies breed like loopy. often on the puppy shops, they don't separate the ladies from the lads, so there's a great possibility that she's pregnant. remember in case you prefer to maintain the little ones separate them from the mothers and fathers, in any different case they'll consume them. in case you do not prefer to maintain the little ones, purely permit nature take this is direction, by having the mothers and fathers and different fish consume the fry. solid success.

It is hard to tell but I don't think it is quite time for the babies to come yet. You should see a gravid spot and possibly see some little eyes shortly before they are ready to be born.

its hard to tell by the pics. but i would seperate the males from the others, so that they wont hurt the mother and her fry. but i would say that the babies (fry) will be born in about a week or so.
