hi am trying to find website or store that will print individual print of photo card. the reason i want to print individual 1 cuz i want to print one of each w/ diff. pic. n this link below only let me buy print in a set of 10-20, n i also try walmart, but they don't have graduation templates.

Make your own.
You can have your photo printed, each print shop can do that for you, and add them to a card, on which you have your text.
Or you can make a template yourself, many of the photo programs can do that, and put that over the photos you want to use, store them as digital files, (same as your photos,) and have those printed.
