I nearly always have breakfast and it's my favorite meal, so I guess that's the most important one for me. I sometimes forget to eat lunch and sometimes I'm too tired to eat dinner. I usually only have two real meals a day, the other one will be a small junk food snack of some kind, or a larger healthy one, like yogurt and raw veggies.

Dinner, because I would never miss breakfast (75%of industrial accidents happen to ppl who skipped breakfast that morning) and lunch is the next meal, so I'm not so hungry.

Breakfast definitely. That is the most important meal of the day! To start a day with healthy breakfast so I can have energy for the rest of the day!

I would have to say breakfast...as they say, it's the most important meal of the day. I find that when I don't eat breakfast I end up snacking most of the day...so, I stick with first meal of the day!
