Well, anything is possible, but I sure do not see the connection between flying dreams and alien abduction. There may be some connection between the latter and something called sleep paralysis. I have experienced that before, as well as flying dreams. I used to believe that I was a "star child" that had formerly lived on another planet prior to this incarnation. I guess I kind of outgrew it, or else lost my rose-colored New Age spectacles. Oh well.

Usually when kids fall asleep watching TV they might believe they were abducted and flew off to bed. But it was just their um....mother.

Hmmm.....perhaps. I think you need to find out more. Seeing very bright lights and trying to wake up others in your home by shaking them but to no avail! Do you ever remember being awake with someone there but you couldn't move anything but your eyes back and forth? Ever get the feeling like someone is watching you every where you go?

No. You might have had an "out of body experience". This can ly happen if you're unconscious in surgery, etc. Others can do it at will.
