My mom's 1994 Cadillac's air conditioner quit working. My dad just bought hte parts to repair it and it is still not working. He took it to someone who speicalizes in these things, and he did not know either.

Dad checked all the fuses and wires, and everything is getting eletricity except for the conpressor.
