I was just wondering if anybody has gotten them before. I have been playing since Sims 2 came out so you can imagine how many sets of twins i have had. I also wanted to know if it's just something that happens, like maybe nobody can get twin girls. I've gotten twin boys plenty of times though.

I have 2 sets of twins, at first i had a baby girl, (now married) then a set of twins(two boys) then another set of twins(one boy one girl) i wonder how they make them(still children) then finally a baby girl.

Getting twin girls will take a long time, I know it. Once I also had twin boys just like you and the other time I had a boy and a girl, but I haven't played it for a long time. Also, did you know while a pregnant woman or man, you can use forcetwins and they will actually have twins? Use Ctrl + Shift + C (to get a cheat box) and type in forcetwins with no spaces. I've done this before and it worked.

I have been playing forever... and my lovey dovey sims have a variety of twins, just keep trying.
