acually they don't deny that it happened, they deny the death toll. They say the death toll was greatly inflated.
However media and propoganda on both sides exaggerate it to their own ends. So there is never going to be an accurate count.. some say as low as 10,000 some say millions
Either way it was a ton of people, but some people question the term holocaust.

The "holocaust deniers" are trying to manipulate public opinion. It has been said that if you repeat something often enough, people will begin to believe it. Unfortunately, most people are like sheep, they just follow. This is especially true of "hot-button" issues. Examples: Americans call "maize" corn; they call "bison" buffalo; they called the natives "dirty and lazy" (when the Spaniards invaded, the Aztecs, Incas, others had the cleanest cities that any European had ever seen.
Also unfortunately, the liberals are re-writing history books, so soon there will be not truth available.
But, the holocaust was real. It was not just Jews who perished.

I don't know why they feel that way, but I think every denier should have to go through the Holocaust museum in Washington, be made to watch Schindler's List, The Pianist, Judgement at Nuremberg, etc, and after seeing all that, sit down and talk to Elie Wiesel. Bet the deniers would chicken out.

For exactly the same reason that idiots claim the Twin Tower bombing was planned by the president. Or the Pearl Harbor attack was filmed in Hollywood. or that the president could have prevented the flooding of New Orleans.
Any amount of evidence is out the window if a tiny bit of gossip disputes it. Those people can't help it. It's the kind of brain they have.

There are people who don't believe that the earth is round, that humans have landed on the moon, that Elvis is dead, that global warming is real, that social security system in the US will fail before any Gen-X collects a retirement penny, and that the world is moving towards a nuclear crisis.
Each of these people has his/her own agenda as to why he/she is a disbeliever.
Don't worry too much about them. Just keep your eyes open.

there are holocaust deniers that don't believe in holocaust?
I think they should know that there is such a thing as holocaust because it has happened in our past (but should never happen again).
It just shows how STUPID some people can be when they're trying to solve their problems.

Holocaust deniers do not believe it happened because they are idiots. Of course it happened. How can you not believe facts? How can you not believe that it happened? It sounds completely ignorant if you say "The Holocaust never happened. I don't believe it! It's fake!"
So, they deny it because they are idiotic.

The people who deny it are usually living in, or ruling pro-fascism* nations, that are trying to discourage the education of the people, because educated people would understand that genocides and fascism are occurring in their own country, and cite history to prove to others just how awful it truly is.
*Fascism is the discrimination, and governmental repression of a certain ethic group.
