and has in 6 hours he has peed one time and today he has ony drank 8oz of milk and nothing else. Should I bring him in to the hospital???

No doubt! Get him to the doctors for a check. He could become dehydrated, and that is dangerous for the little ones. Don't wait.

yes a fever that high is very dangerous expecially to such a young baby. when my daughter was 1 she had a ear infection and fever that cause her to have a seizure

do you really have to ask? yes...by all means yes! your baby is sick and if his temp gets too high without medical attention he could go into seizures or convulsions. get him help immediately...good luck!
