Your tadpole or polliwog is changing into a frog. It has to have water to swim in or it will dry out and die. It also has to have something to crawl out on to, such as a piece of wood, because it is losing its gills and and replacing them with lungs. If it is outside, it will eat insects that fall in the water. If you have it in the house, try giving it fish food such as bloodworms or tiny shrimp.It will also nibble on seaweed when it is still a tadpole.

if the froglet has come out of the water now an still has a bit of a tail dont feed it anything, it gets it's nutrients from its tail as it shrinks, once the tails fully gone start feeding it baby crickets (bout 2 to start with)

mealworms...worms..ladybugs...flys...all those germane snacks frogs normally munch on.
