My son wants to go to the Fall Out Boy concert. I've heard it's an all ages show but I was wondering if anyone knows how old/young the kids are that go to them? (Or are they all adults?)

I would be going with him (or his father) - I just wanted to know if all ages really means all ages.

Yes the shows are all ages, but that doesn't mean it the best thing for him. I'm not trying to be mean to your son, or anything, but I was 11 when I went to my first show, and it was good. Fall Out Boy though tours with Dirty. Now, if he wants to go to the Honda Civic Tour, then you might want to tell him to wait til next show, because he may get some bad ideas. Dirty isn't the most responsable, but he may have changed a bit on the fact that he now has a son, but I am not 100% sure. If you are worried about the crowd, then you might not want PIT tickets because there WILL be crowd surfing, and moshing. Mosh pits can be dangerous for the kids because I know my friend who is 19 or 20 got knocked into one and almost passed out. The other thing is Peter Wentz. He's not the most appropriate, but no matter what show you go to you are going to here ***** from the band a lot.

As for the people that go to them, It's an age range between about 9-25, plus kid's parents.
Ouh and as for hearing, it's loud!

If it's an all ages concert then anyone can go. I went to my first gig at 12 - but it was a lot smaller than a fall out boy gig would be. If he's younger than 14 then perhaps he should go with people who are older - otherwise he can probably look after himself.

Lol why would be looked down upon? All of Fall out Boys fans are 15 year old girls.

I'd say anyone 14 and up should be able to go. Their music isn't really for kids, but it's not exactly aimed toward adults either. The earliest I would say, is maybe 13, but definitely at 14

I'm 16 & will be at the Dallas show with my freind who is almost 18. I went to my first concert a few months before my 13th birthday.

I'd say anything above like 11 or 12. I've never been to one of their shows but I'd assume the ages would range from like 11-17. even though my mother likes them and she is 50!

Your son should not go see them. they suck and they are the backstreet boys in rock form. they are just put together and thier music is fake. but yea, i went to a concert that they happened to be playing at, and some girl was up on someone's shoulders topless. the band was like that is really degrading to women and a bad way to get attention. is that how you want your son growing up thinking rock and roll is like?!?!?!

Well, most of the people there will probably be 12 year old girls anyway, so it's not like you have to be worried about your son or anything.
