I know someone just asked about keeping them from veggies, but what about flowers? I can't fence in my whole flower beds. They eat all the leaves they can reach on my flowers and plants. I have tried dish soap spray, red pepper, etc....nothing seems to work and they are eating all the stuff I buy and plant. Help!

MOTH BALLS, and keep deer off on the plant leaves. Deer Off needs to be re applied after every rain. Moth balls sprinkle a heavy dose in and around the plants, no one likes the smell.

My friend told me that mothballs and a border of marigolds around your flowers, BUT I don't have a flower garden so I'm not exactly sure. The only thing I AM sure of is whatever method you choose, please don't hurt the bunnies. It's already upsetting that in San Diego, at Balboa Park, they're poisoning squirrels and killing them slowly by causing an internal hemorrhage (spelling?). A safe and humane way would be the best way.

Have you tried Tabasco? I can't remember where I heard this, but mixing a bottle of Tabasco with water, and spraying on the plants will coat the entire leaf. Where ground red peppers will fall off,or blow a way. You may have to reapply it after watering.

There are certain flowers that they don't like, marigolds are one of them. It's something about the scent that keeps them away. Some people plant them as boarders around their gardens tokeep the rabbits out of the veggies.

Buy predator pee off the internet or at a nursery. My family uses mountain lion pee to keep deer out. It works great. You can buy coyote, fox, bobcat and mountain lion. They all stink going on, but that will fade for you and the rabbits will still hate it.

Aren't they awful?! I finally had to put up a low (3 foot) fence to keep them out. Its not necessarily attractive, but at least I can step over it and they can't

mothballs will keep out squirrels, bunnies, cats, chipmunks, you name it. They're inexpensive and easy to sprinkle around. Moth flakes dissolve too quickly in the rain.
