just dont eat a lot of seafood, especially the big fish cuz they have a lot of mercury.. sushi, and soft cheeses, and the worst one is caesar dressing, i craved and ate a caesar salad everyday for about a month and when i found out i couldnt eat the dressing i was so mad. .. just wait til you go to the doctor and they will give you a list of everything not to eat. go to www.babycenter.com and they have a list of all the foods if your worried about it now and don't wanna wait.
