If it's mp3 format then go to http://www.fileden.com and host the music there. Then get the url they give you and go to http://www.myflashfetish.com and choose a music player you like. Type in the url of the mp3's in the boxes of the player along with the title and artists name and it will generate a playlist for you with an html code. Copy and paste the html code on your myspace profile.

all you have to do is go to myspace and click on music and pick a song and add it to your profile! easy as that!
