#1-- If she truly is a "girl" maybe she never had a female role model to teach her about grooming.
#2-- If she is a WOMAN I'm sure she already knows she's got a mustache & it would be rude to say anything. I used to work with a woman who had a mustache & was very comfortable with it. She even said many men would hit on her because of it. The funny thing is she is a lesbian.

You might say something like "does the hair on your lip bother you ever? My friend (aunt, sister, cousin) uses (some type of hair remover for facial hair) and she says its quite good for sensitive skin. If you do not know any Avon has a good one (check their site at www.avon.com called Skin So Soft facial hair removal cream costs $6.00) or any drugstore has this sort of item. I feel approached with kindness this would be a friendship on your part.

Don't say anything you don't have to. Instead just wait til you both get around a brutally honest person and he or she will do all the talking for you. Then if she gets offended say and asks you what you think then be honest and say you hope she doesn't take it personally.

You shouldn't tell her, but you should drop hints about how you and her should hang out. Walk around by the salon. Pretend you have a great idea and say, "OH MY GOSH, LET'S GET MAKEOVERS!" = ] Hopefully this would lead her to get a wax. Say, "Wow, I need an upper-lip wax, don't you think?" If she asks you, do not say yes too quickly. Say something like, "Maybe. Get one just in case people think things about you."

I suggest bring her a present wrapped up with shaving kit for men, mirror inside and say " My apologies if I offended you, but I am concern about you." and give her a straight smile and walk away. She might cry or get mad so be prepare for hostile event where you are. Good Luck.

Shame on you!
What would be nice is if you make the poor girl feel like she is part of the group.
Show up for work on Tuesday with a fake beard and your pits and legs unshaven. Show some team spirit!

She may be aware of it and highly embarrassed but not sure what to do about it. However you broach the subject, be gentle, no-one likes to have their flaws pointed out to them, especially when they are physical.

She is probably already aware that she has one. I think it would be disrespectful if you said anything.. most definately would hurt her feelings.. unless you 2 have a friendly relationship where you could casually bring it up I wouldnt say anything.
