What do you guys think of this name for a boy?
I am 39weeks pregnant tomorrow!!! I am having a boy and what do you guys think of this name?

it's ok. i would take out the extra r in darrian. no one else will ever spell it right and it just seems redundant.

Hello. First congrats on the new addition!! It will be tons of fun. Second your name is beautiful. I love the unusual but not weird Darrian with the classic James. It flows very nicely and you did great picking it out!

I don't really care for it, honestly. I think it might cause confusing when he's in school... also, it sounds sort of like Damien, or diahrea... and I think kids would might pick up on that similarity. It is kind of cute though.. But it's your child, so it doesn't matter what I think.
If you like Darrian, I say go for it! Best of luck for you and your baby!

I like it, but I do know someone whose daughter is named Darrian. Might want to consider that factor.

I think that Darrian kind of sounds like a girls
name, do you like Darren ? anyway don't go by what
I say, he is your precious baby & you should name him what you like
PS. Love the name James, that is my son's middle name

I know a girl named Darien so I think it sounds like a girl. I like James as the middle name.

just some things to consider
Darrian means "great"
James means "supplanter, substitute, and great"
I also like Darren James, its a little more masculine if thats what youre going for.
Darren means "great" also.
you'll have a great baby either way!! lol
