extremely hot
with extremely cold u can put on extra warm clothes and turn up heat and stay in house..
with hot..its just horrid..i HATE heat

I would say extremely hot because with extremely cold weather you can always bundle up and put on a lot of clothes. But in extremely hot weather you can take off all your clothes and still be hot.

Extremely cold weather...I'm from CT and I hated the winter time. There were days when the number of degrees would be in the single digits.

Extremely hot weather. When its cold you can pile on coats
blankets but when its that hot , after you strip to nothing , you
have to stay in the shade and sit in the cold water or shower
or stay in air conditioning .

I live in the very deep South so I'm used to 93 degrees with 90% humidity. And I've lived in Wyoming. I'd rather extreme cold.

i think that cold is worse, because it is actually painful, where as hot weather is just uncomfortable.
on the flipside though, in the cold you can add tons and tons of layers, whereas you can only take off so much in the heat.
but i think cold is worse. =]
