The government.

Just how is a business supposed to know if someone is legal or illegal, if they have the proper ID ?

You can buy a drivers license and a SS card for $400.00.

So just how is a business, supposed to know, someone is illegal, if they present a drivers license and SS card when applying for a job ?

I know at the factory im a supervisor at, we get notified by the government from time to time, that an employee is illegal.

It usually is 6 months after they are hired and the SS administration noticed that people in two different states were paying into the same SS account.

But there is no Government office, employers can call, to check if someone is legal or illegal.

So, I have to place the blame on the government.

They are equally at fault. The business owners for knowingly hiring illegal immigrants. The US government does not enforce the law, nor does it create a system in which employers can easily check the validity of the persons SSN.

It's the government sole responsibility to protect our boarders without their complicity in this crime we would have no invasion by criminal aliens.

During the depression California on it's own part not only stop illegals from Mexico but citizens from other states from coming to their state, in order to save the jobs for their residences.

Blame government not the home owner who hires an illegal to do his lawn at a cheap price.

The businesses that hire them are more responsible. The immigrants come here for the jobs. The bad thing is, it would be impossible to check every business and get rid of that.

The government, it should punish the business owners who hire the illegals. The border is not being properly patrolled either.

Both. The businesses for hiring them, and the government for turning a blind eye to it.
