Well, I guess the question is really...can the girl determine the girth and length of the penis when it is fully erect, assuming the girl you're with is really getting you hot. I have danced with many guys in my day...and let's just say that when a guy is really packing....you know it.

The only way to really guess is the general rule of thumb applied to a man's general physical characteristics.
Usually, the larger the shoe (foot size) size, the larger the size of the hands and the larger the size of the nose will give you a pretty good indication of the size of the other extremity protruding from the male body.
The chances are a man who has to wear size 16 shoes will have other parts of his body in equal proportion. Likewise, a man who wears size 9 shoes will have other parts of his body in equal proportion.
Also, a man with long bony fingers will most likely have other longer, more narrow extremities while a man with wider hands and fingers will more likely be equally proportioned in other areas.
There are exceptions to this rule, of course. There are shorter, smaller men who are well-enhanced and taller, larger men who are not. But the the general rule of thumb is that men's extremities are equally proportioned.
