My home has 3 computers in it. All connected by a Linksys 4 port wireless router. The main computer that has the router itself goes at roughly 150 KB a second. However the others, well the one I use at least, runs at only 6, to 12, KB a second. It uses a Linksys wireless adapter to connect, is there any way to speed up my internet connection? I'm tired of being kicked from online games or disconnected when using this computer and its slow speed, and it isnt a firewall blocking it, as all the computers have the same brand of firewall.

The pc itself may be old and slow.

If it is connected wirelessly, try to run a wired connection and see if it is faster. If so, the wireless signal is not strong enough; try moving it closer to the router.
