you could do what I did.
heres my story- child support office wanted to me sign something to lower my child support - because the dad wanted it lower- I refused to sign it just because she told me to- I retained a lawyer- and she closed my Non-public assitance case....... (which shouldn't have been done)..
so, i was not happy with the job they were doing- so, I wrote a letter to my state representative in my area- and, he got the job done.... I told my state representative that I thought the child support services in my area were inadequate - and told them why- and asked what I could do about it.
they wrote to the child support office- and they finally started to do their job.
worth a try.

They'd better help! That IS their freakin job! They have tons of locate resources and unless your ex is hiding and not working finding him is NOT difficult. The proper forms would be your child support application for services---if you know he is out of state, ask for UIFSA papers. Do NOT let them shuck their duties--if they ignore your requests, ask for the department head--if you get no where ask for that person's supervisor or regional manager. Also make your complaint known to their county board of supervisors--and contact your local state congressman's office for assistance. I guarantee they'll move!

Try your local clerk of the court. They will direct you to their Law library for forms. If you don't find them there, you might surf in Law libraries, or ask an attorney where you can get them. Hope this helps. LG
