I took a trip recently that only cost me 1800 dollars but the memories made were worth a million....so I got more than what I paid for..

Always is an absolute term. I guess I can say that I do not always get what I pay for but most of the time I do.

Except when I pay taxes which goes to support 10% of the population in the USA, 65% in New Orleans.

no not always. sometimes you get less. (unless you find some garage sale bargains. it happens, they just want it gone and out of the way so let it go under-value price)
