whitepages.com and do an address search

or

YAHOO search the county in which the property is and look search public records.. you can usually do searches by name or address... As long as the county has these documents onlnie. You may have to go to the actual courthouse to view records.

The best you can determine is who owns the property, which may not necessarily be the person living there. Various counties have websites with property ownership searchable by address. Some are free, and others have fees for their service, and some don't have the websites at all.
