It's not an either-or question. You have to do a Bachelor's degree to do a Masters. In some fields, a Master's is like professional upgrading, which will help you get a better job, more responsibilities, a pay raise, etc.
There are other fields in which you cannot be certified as a professional without at least a Master's degree.

You have to get a Bachelors before you can get a Masters. Go for the Masters after the Bachelors. There's more job opportunities.

Masters is higher up than Bachelors but it could be better or not really benefit you in your job.
For example, if you are a computer technician and you got your degree in say, history, a masters in history isn't really going to help you. However, aim for masters after bachelors because so many more opportunities are open to you.

One is only better in the other if you pursue your field of study that helps you to pursue your goals. You have to get a bachelors degree before the masters degree but both can be useless if you fail to absorb the information and experiences that you learned and put them to good use in your career and personal choices in your life. Use it or lose it!

Better? What kind of question is that? That is like saying "Which is more money? Ten dollars or twenty dollars?"
OF COURSE a Masters is better. It takes 2 or 3 more years of study to achieve a Masters. And therefore several tens of thousands of dollars to pay back in loans too!!
Hope that that answers the question.

Master's is better. First you get your Bachelor's then you get your Master's. It takes longer to get, but you get paid bank when you're done with schooling.
