It takes a real woman to care more about how her husband feels than herself. I say good for you. Don't tell him...you may learn to love it.

Ok. Had the same situation happen to me. He got me the wrong ring for our 10yr. anniversary. He actually couldn't find what I wanted and settled for something totally different. I wanted a marquis. He got me the 3 diamond (past present future). Although the thought was there and so was his heart, I just wasn't happy. He eventually bought me the one I wanted. Looking back, I totally felt bad, but I ended up with the ring I wanted and I'm completely happy and he is happy that I got what I wanted, which is what he was aiming for to begin with. It's such a tough situation. If you think you can deal with what you have for now, do so and then maybe in a few years for an anniversary, you can personally pick out what you want with him there with you. Good Luck!

I would wear it. In fact it's similar to the style I have. He probably thought since it has more diamonds in it you would love it. His heart was in the right place, so I wouldn't tell him you hate it. Maybe get a gold band you can wear all the time and tell him you want to save this one for special nights out or something, or just grin and bear it. He loves you and ultimately that is the most important thing.

I think you are making the right decision... he was so excited to have gotten it for you so i do think he will feel very bad if you tell him you don't like it.
that is really sweet of you to not disappoint him with this... he loves you and you love him enough to like the ring for him :D

I dont really know what your question is. Ive clicked on the links you gave and then get another little question with another link....all you are giving is links....why dont you just ask the question and be done with it instead of having us go through a jigsaw puzzel to find out what the real question is.

while the ring would not have been my choice either, i agree with what you're doing. if he took the time to pick it out for you, wear it and don't hurt his feelings. congrats.
