Most likely no, many of the larger banks are closed on federal holidays. The Federal Reserve is not open on Memorial Day, so even if banks are open they are not processing any transactions. They can cash checks and take deposits but none of that will show in your account until Tuesday.
It is not true that NO banks are open. The bank I work at is open on all holidays but the 4th of July, Thanksgiving, and Christmas.

Some of the locations MAY be open. IF they are, any transactions will be treated as if they happen the next business day. The bank I use has locations in some grocery stores that open on some holidays. They will NOT be open on Memorial day.

Nope, no banks are open. If you desperately need a paycheck cashed places like Walmart and grocery stores will do it for a fee.
