Slow is good only when I am completely worn-out, otherwise I like it fast (hip-hop does it for me) and let's just say that one night (when out at a party) people had to literally turn the music off so I'd stop dancing after 4 hours. Scary and almost inhuman but I kid you not, I am a bit of a freak when it comes to physical activity (for having the stamina of an athlete).
