I have a Kenmore Model 1755 and was curious as to the age of this machine. Any ideas where to look for the year?

Get the serial number on the back or the bottom of your sewing machine and write to the company. They can Tell you.

Kenmore is Sears, and Sears is bad with customer service questions. Is there a date anywhere on the manual, even a copyright date?

My mother got one of these, with the cams, around 1973.

There should be a date somewhere, maybe with the manual or written on it.

Alternatily you can try using the internet to look up the model and brand-name.

*Why do you want to know this anyway?*
