No - and if there was it would be talking rubbish. The weather is not predictable that far ahead - wait until 4 to 5 days ahead and then visit the metoffice website; the forecast will get increasingly accurate the nearer to the date you have in mind.

In two weeks? The weathermen cannot even predict tomorrow's weather very well. You are better waiting closer to the time of your party before making your purchases.
Or find a fortune teller.

seriously with the climate models we have (that can't even predict the past lol) anything you get about 2weeks from now is bound to be inaccurate... so even if in 2weeks the weather service says there won't be a cloud in the sky, pack umbrellas and raincoats... and hey if you're at an amusment park what's wrong with splashing in puddles?... >_> either way you're inner child gets an day to go nuts ^_^...

Definitely not, at least not to any degree of reasonable accuracy. There are heavy-duty sites like this:
http://profhorn.meteor.wisc.edu/wxp_images/mrf/
--that have outputs for weather a week and more in the future, but they are, IMO, useless for planning activities. For my part I wouldn't sweat it, especially if you live in a part of the country that has generally mild summer weather.
Good luck!

Weather is so slippery that you might not ge the exact weather for your place on a specific day two weeks hence. Accuweather will give a try though. SEE:

there is really no assurance as to how the weather will be in more than two weeks. your best bet would be to wait till you are a week closer to your party.

weather.com, though it's never certain. I would suggest just keeping an eye on your local news the week beforehand. Bottom line, it's the weather, so just plan accordingly. ;)
