HIGH RENT OR LEASE!
Lots of luxuries for the tenants such as:
- Spa
- Sauna
- Indoor Pool
- Outdoor Pool
- Garage
- Community Room
- Game Room
- Weight Room
- Gym
- Volleyball Court
- Baseketball Court
- Handball Court
- THINK LUXURY!
You should get what you PAY for - right?
LUXURY...
GOOD LUCK!
You may want to consider buying a HOME instead too instead or RENTING or LEASING as your RE will increase in value better than your RENT going down the drain? Just a sugegstion.
GOOD LUCK & CONGRATULATIONS! On your luxury apartment :-)

I don't think there's guideline. If the owner wants to classify an apartment like that to sound impressive, they can.
