Just because it is common in men over 40, that doesn't mean that other ages aren't affected. It just means that the majority of men affected are over 40 years of age. Medicine often states the statistics of occurrence but that is not cast in stone because everyone is an individual. The age of person will have no impact whatsoever on sporadic angiokeratoma.
