If I had the money, I would donate some to help others. Unfortunately I am one of those people who need the help. Perhaps that is why I feel that I would donate, because I know what it is like to need.

It depends. If a person is poor, with absoluting nothing of significant value, I would. But if they had a house, etc, I wouldn't.
There are always state houses for the poor and orphans that need money.

no unfortunately not i believe a large proportion of the population don't have enough money to survive anyway let have alone spare money for others i am one of them
