If you are spraying paint follow the advice above. Full mask with filter's. One problem with spraying paint is over-spray blocking the plastic lens . I have found that appling a very thin coat of vasiline over lens makes it easy to keep clear ; just reapply when needed, don;t get crazy! just a bit will work. Also use the vasiline on your face , neck, and ears to make it eazy to remove the paint from your face and sorrounding area. you should be wearing a spray hood and old baseball cap too. happy spraying!

The best goggles for spray painting are of a type that allows a half mask respirator to also be worn with a snug fit. They should have a pull off tab to allow for fresh viewing lens to be revealed when overspray covers initial one. The PTQ are my recommendation

You really need a mask that seals against your face and has filters for breathing.
