It's all one unit. $240.00 or there abouts.
If YOU are replaceing it and have never done it before, the tank/pump lock ring is kind of tricky.
The inner ring turns about 1/4.
NOT the outer ring.
And all that hard black sealant around the ring can be "picked" out before you remove the lock ring. (It just makes it a little easier to remove that way.
Also, watch the black ground wire to the frame.
I just cut and spliced mine to the new unit.

there is not much to repair once the tank is down that is fuel related other than replacing vacuum line and maybe a charcoal canister but really the fuel pump is the only major component that need be changed when the tank is down everything under there is secondary and wont effect you car running.

The pump is attached to the tank level sending unit, so change both while you have the tank down.

pump and gauge comes as one expensive unit,don't worry about fixing anything else those are the only two things that go wrong in the tank

put a complete tank unit in your vehicle,it will fix your fuel pump and gauge problem.

When you buy the new fuel pump, the gauge comes with it. It's all one unit.
