Sleep when you can, your body definatley needs it :) Have you been tested for anemia yet? Sometimes that can cause excessive tiredness. When I was pregnant, my doctor suggested that I take an iron supplement as the lack of iron may make you tired. I took it but I never could really tell if it worked or not, but it's worth a try.

Apples! An apple with the skin on actually gives you more energy than a cup of coffee without the burn out. Also make sure you are eating enough protein and high iron foods. Eat more spinach and that will help too.

Recognize the fact that you need more sleep and more food. Look at it like you have to sleep and eat for two people. DO NOT resort to energy drinks and the like. As much as you want to stay the way you are comprimises will have to be made.

Sorry to tell you, it just gets worse! I try to eat small meals 5-6 times a day rather than 3 big ones... That seems to help. But other than that, just nap when you can!
Very Best Wishes!
