One those nights when I can't get my mind to turn off, I will take a Melatonin pill. I know that some people are against taking drugs but it's not a drug -- melatonin is something your body produces naturally so taking a pill of it just makes you fall asleep a little faster. It can usually be found near the vitamins.
I have a friend who used to take Tylenol PM but he said it would take a long time to go take effect and he would feel groggy when he woke up. But melatonin is faster and he didn't feel groggy when he woke up.

yea,(1) do something really boring n nth else
(2) try not 2 take afternoon naps
(3)drink a cup of warm milk?
(4) listen 2 soothing music instead of loud ones
(5) keep ur room as dark as possible
(6) all of the above w nt work if u r troubled.....
Its alright 2 slp late, jus make u get ENOUGH slp

I get up open the fridge and eat stuff like pickles, ice cream burritos, tater tots, pizza, sandwiches, and leftovers, it dosn't help me fall asleep but it is something to do and it probably dosn't help me trying to lose weight, im 300+ pounds.... just kidding about the 300 pounds but I do get up and eat stuff
It stinks when youre really tired though im always tired too and i can't ever sleep

Breathe.... deep breaths help you relax and fall asleep. I always do when I can't fall asleep or my mind is racing before sleeping. Also, some chamomille tea might help.
Drinking will allow you to sleep, but rest is always questionable.

Do not eat after 5pm in the afternoon and try and relax beforing going to bed and this should help you.

What I do is think of something amazing like your dream crush kissing you or something... just lay down with your eyes closed and try it and try it for about 15 min before you give or try pills
