Plain and simple, the mother was irresponsible
and endangered the baby´s life. She should be
made to sit in sauna for 30minutes with the temp-
erature raised to the maximum, then maybe she'll
know not to do that again. She should have been
made to pay a 50000 fine instead of bail, as too
many parent(s) are not responsible enough to their
children,

Well I think stories like this have been in the news now for several years and everyone knows that's its wrong. We need better answers as to the why?? I left my two dogs in the car while I ran in to pick up a presciption coming from the vets and someone left a nasty note on my car,it really pissed me off you can"t take a dog inside a business,I never forgot that incident, because I was not guilty of anything,it wasn"t hot it was cold and I am sorry my genie just couldn't"t zap them home over 15 miles for me to make a 5 minute stop.I am in no way saying you SHOULD EVER LEAVE A CHILD OR CHILDREN in a car.So she has no excuse really. And yes I still leave my dog in the car sometimes but I never take them shopping,or anywhere they can"t get out too, when I do.

It has little to do with "carelessness". It has all to do with "selfish-ness", "ignorance", and "immaturity".

It's been jokingly mentioned elsewhere that we should require people to have a license to have children... It's stories like this that make me wonder if that joke is too far off the mark...

A license is required to drive, own a gun,own a dog or cat,and you must register to vote, but anybody with functional sex organs can bring a child into this world.
