Please forgive this, I mean no disrepect. Certainly answer number one alludes to contacting whatever agency is offering.

I just had to offer too.

I suspect the waiting line (Similar to a concert or movie debut) might look pretty funny. Maybe the funny would be people walking out carrying toilets.
