21/4 * 7/16 = 147/64 = 2 19/64

5 1/4 divided by 2 2/7 make both fractions into improper fractions
21/4 divided by 16/7 use the reciprocal of the second number to divide
21/4 divided by 7/16 times the fractions now
147/64 simplify
