There must be a water leak somewhere between the walls. You need to find the leak and repair it. Until then you need to keep windows open and use a fan to dry and ventilate the room. As suggested, use a bleach mix to clean the moldy area. Use it often.

Mould of any nature indicates lack of ventilation. Clean off mould with bleach/water solution. This keeps mould growing back for a time. Can you not ventilate? You don't say if you own property? If you do,then best solution would be to install extractor fan.Either vent out through window, or through wall. Mould means it is damp, and dampness leads to bad health, especially respitatory illnesses.

I am not sure about dark green..I dont think it is good. I know for a fact that black mold is bad.

Mold is mold, no matter what the color. Mold releases spores that are harmful to humans. Use bleach and water mixture to remove/kill it.
