Since what our politicians are doing is against the law of the people?

well not the law of the land but opinon of the land would be more precise. and just want to know how they could get involved that's all.

No. A bill has to become law. Someone then has to challenge the law in court. Regardless of the outcome of the challenge, the losing side would have to appeal to the next higher court until it gets to the Supreme Court.

After all bills get passed by congress then it has to be approved by the supreme court. It the bill goes against the Constitution then they will not allow it to be passed.
