Do you think she just doesn't love him the same because it might have been unwanted to begin with? I think it's sad that she only carries her first around and not her second child. Another thing that has crossed my mind is can the child have a deformaty that she doesn't want the world to see?

Umm, i think its because she's trying to build buzz around him like tom and katie did with suri.
I doubt its a deformity, but I do think that she is juuuussssttt crazy enough to use her kid for publicity.

how can u tell which one it is. i think she gave it up for adoption. IDK
